People are not termed deadeye archer for nothing. If a deadeye can take the time to set up their shot (i.e. fire the shot that initiates combat)they may be able to take down their opponent with a single arrow.

First off, to be an effective deadeye archer your highest statistics must ultimately be the PerceptionStat. The StrengthStat and SpiritStat will also be important.

Secondly, your hometown should be Lima, Peru so you can use potions and poisons to taint your arrows.
