Look for Sabiha, the massage attendant near the hammam in the bath house, and 'ask sabiha' help. If you're lucky, he will ask for a pomegranate. Go to the food bazaar and buy one. Return to Sabiha and 'ask sabiha pomegranate' then 'give sabiha pomegranate'... He will pay you and you will gain quest experience (the amount will depend on your level).
